All of our Roast Trays and Dishes are deliberately uncoated but undergo a process called Silver Anodising, which hardens and seals the core aluminium, creating the distinctive Silverwood colour and a smooth, easy release and easy clean finish which is also much tougher and it will never peel, blister, warp or rust.

Choose from roasting tins, flat sheets, pie and tarte dishes and much more - all handmade using our signature material of choice - Anodised Aluminium - for a lifetime of cooking perfection.
